A HipHop Breakthru: HipHop About Studyin' and Readin'
The vast majority (99.99%) of music and videos listened to and watched by Black & Latino youth never depicts a person reading... or even having books in their blinged out homes. Putting it another way, the Great American Tradition of Anti-Intellectualism is perpetuated bigtime thru contemporary Black Music.
Well... every once in a while someone with conscious is able to produce a Positive video that helps communicate to youngfolk the importance of being studious. So... here is one of those productions that should find its way into a lot of classrooms, chatrooms and homes.
